Flow Forging is a revolutionary process for creating wheels with unparalleled strength and lightness.
In the Flow Forging process, wheels are cast using narrow dies, creating barrels that are narrower than the final product. These barrels are then heated to over 400° and spun while pressure is applied, simultaneously forming the wheel into its final shape while further strengthening the aluminum. This results in a final product with more strength, that weighs less because it was made from less material. The reduced weight of the wheels turns into improvements in acceleration and breaking efficiency for vehicles using these wheels.
